FAQs for Childer Thornton
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Childer Thornton to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Childer Thornton orders go by tracked courier to CH66.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Childer Thornton address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
