Printed supplement pouches in Cilmery
Custom printed pouches for Cilmery supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Cilmery brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in Wales
Label rules that apply in Cilmery
Supplements sold from Cilmery must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for Powys.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Cilmery questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you only work with Cilmery businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cilmery deliveries go by tracked delivery to LD2.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Cilmery?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Cilmery is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
