Powys is in Wales, so supplements must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. Food labelling is enforced locally by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
