Common questions in Tre'r llai
When will my labels arrive in Tre'r llai?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Tre'r llai orders arrive about a week after you send artwork.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Tre'r llai, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.

There’s no fixed minimum. Many new brands start with 250 labels, and you can mix several designs in one order.
Do I need to be based in Tre'r llai to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Tre'r llai orders go by tracked delivery to SY21.
