Sachet and stick-pack labels
Small labels for sample sachets, single-serve stick packs and the boxes that hold them.

The small-pack text rule
If the largest surface of a pack is under 80 cm², mandatory text can drop from a 1.2 mm to a 0.9 mm x-height. Most single-serve sachets qualify. Everything else still applies, so plan the layout before you design the front.
Sold singly or in a box?
A sachet sold on its own needs the full mandatory information. Sachets inside an outer box that carries the full information are a different case, but each sachet should still be identifiable, with the product name, batch and date. Check with your enforcement authority if you are unsure how your packs will be sold.

Questions
What size label fits a stick pack?
Most stick packs are 20–30 mm wide, so labels usually wrap the length. Send us a sample and we’ll suggest a size.
Can you print a matching box label?
Yes. Order both in one run; extra designs cost £15 each, not a new setup.
