Vitamin and mineral labels
Labels for single vitamins, multivitamins and minerals, with every nutrient table checked before print.

The nutrient table is where labels go wrong
Every vitamin and mineral needs its amount per daily dose and its %NRV. We check the maths, the units (µg vs mg), and that the NRV belongs to the nutrient, not the compound. Look up any nutrient in our nutrient label guides, or use the %NRV calculator.
Upper amounts
There is no legal maximum for vitamins in UK supplements, but the Department of Health and Social Care publishes amounts that are unlikely to cause harm. Going above them is legal but invites scrutiny, so we flag doses above that advice in our compliance notes.
Multivitamins
A multivitamin can list 25 nutrients. That table alone can fill a 60-count bottle label. We’ll help you choose a pack size and layout that fits at a legal text size.

Questions
Do you check the vitamin forms are permitted?
We flag forms that aren’t on the permitted list for food supplements. Your manufacturer should confirm the forms in your formula.
Can I show vitamin D in IU?
Vitamin D must be shown in µg. You can add IU alongside, for example “25 µg (1000 IU)”.
