Capsule bottle labels
Wraparound labels for HDPE, PET and glass capsule bottles, sized to your exact bottle and checked against the rules before print.

Sizing around the bottle
Measure the flat panel between the shoulder and the base, take 2–3 mm off top and bottom, and work out the wrap length from the diameter. Leave a 3–5 mm gap where the ends meet so the label doesn’t ride up over itself. Our label size guide walks through it, or post us a bottle and we’ll measure it.
Fitting the legal text on a small bottle
A 60-count bottle has room for about 50 cm² of print. That has to hold the name, daily dose, the three supplement statements, a nutrient table, ingredients, dates and your address, all at a 1.2 mm minimum x-height. Use the full wrap rather than a front-and-back pair, and give the back half to the legal panel. If it still won’t fit, a peel-and-reveal label doubles the space.
HDPE, PET or glass
White HDPE is the most common supplement bottle and the hardest to stick to, because it is a low-surface-energy plastic. We use an adhesive made for it. Amber PET and glass take almost any label; clear PP with a white underprint looks best on amber.

Questions
Will the label cover the tamper seal?
No. We size the label to the panel below the neck, so the induction seal under the cap and any shrink band stay clear.
Can you print batch and best-before on the bottle label?
Yes. Variable data printing adds a different batch code and date to each run, so you don’t need a separate coder for short runs.
