Printed supplement pouches in Clachan Seil

Printed pouches for Clachan Seil brands

Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in Scotland

Labelling law for supplements from Clachan Seil

Supplements sold from Clachan Seil must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.

Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.

Begin with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
