Common questions in Cleeve Hill
Do you only work with Cleeve Hill businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cleeve Hill deliveries go out by tracked courier to GL52.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Cleeve Hill?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Cleeve Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
