Supplement pouch printing for Congresbury, North Somerset
Custom printed pouches for Congresbury supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Congresbury brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Questions from Congresbury brands
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Congresbury to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Congresbury orders go out by tracked delivery to BS49.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Congresbury address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Congresbury?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Congresbury is usually the next working day after dispatch.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Congresbury
Any food supplement sold from Congresbury must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. In North Somerset, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
