Copster Green questions
Do you only work with Copster Green businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Copster Green deliveries go out by tracked delivery to BB1.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in Blackburn with Darwen?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Blackburn with Darwen, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Copster Green address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
