Custom supplement pouches for Cotton Stones brands
Custom printed pouches for Cotton Stones supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Cotton Stones brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Common questions in Cotton Stones
How long do printed pouches take to reach Cotton Stones?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Cotton Stones is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Cotton Stones to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Cotton Stones deliveries go by tracked delivery to HX6.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Cotton Stones
Products you sell from Cotton Stones must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Calderdale, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
