Common questions in Dolwyd
Do I need to be based in Dolwyd to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Dolwyd deliveries go out by tracked courier to LL28.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Dolwyd address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Printed pouches for Dolwyd brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
