Printed pouches for Dones Green brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Dones Green questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Dones Green?
Dones Green is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Dones Green?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Dones Green is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Dones Green to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Dones Green deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CW8.
