Common questions in Double Hill
What’s the lead time for pouches to Double Hill?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Double Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Double Hill address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do I need to be based in Double Hill to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Double Hill orders go out by tracked courier to BA2.
