FAQs for Downpatrick
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Downpatrick?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Downpatrick is usually two working days after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Downpatrick to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Downpatrick deliveries go by tracked delivery to BT30.
