Common questions in Durfold Wood
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who checks supplement labels in West Sussex?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Durfold Wood?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Durfold Wood is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Durfold Wood brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
