Questions from Eltisley brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who checks supplement labels in Cambridgeshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cambridgeshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Eltisley?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Eltisley is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do I need to be based in Eltisley to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Eltisley orders go out by tracked delivery to PE19.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
