Falkland questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Falkland address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Who enforces food labelling in Fife?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Fife, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Falkland?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Falkland is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Printed pouches for Falkland brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in Scotland
Label rules that apply in Falkland
Products you sell from Falkland must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
