Questions from Felton brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Felton, showing our materials and finishes.
Do I need to be based in Felton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Felton deliveries go out by tracked delivery to BS40.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Felton?
Felton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
