Common questions in Findon
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Findon?
Findon is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Findon to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Findon deliveries go by tracked delivery to BN14.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in West Sussex?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Findon brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
