Common questions in Five Ash Down
Do I need to be based in Five Ash Down to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Five Ash Down orders go out by tracked delivery to TN22.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Five Ash Down, showing our materials and finishes.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
