Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Ford
Products you sell from Ford must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In West Sussex, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Printed pouches for Ford brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ford orders go by tracked delivery to BN18.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Ford?

Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ford?
Ford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
