FAQs for Frandley
How long do printed pouches take to reach Frandley?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Frandley is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Frandley?
Frandley is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Frandley to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Frandley orders go out by tracked courier to CW9.

Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
