Questions from Gunn brands
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Gunn, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
Do you only work with Gunn businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Gunn deliveries go by tracked courier to EX32.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in Devon?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Devon, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Gunn brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Rules in England
Supplement labelling rules for Gunn
Any food supplement sold from Gunn must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
