Questions from Hamptworth brands
Do you only work with Hamptworth businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Hamptworth orders go out by tracked delivery to SP5.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Hamptworth?
Hamptworth is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who checks supplement labels in Wiltshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Hamptworth?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Hamptworth is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Hamptworth brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
