High Risby questions
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, label stock pouches instead.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from High Risby?
High Risby is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you only work with High Risby businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. High Risby deliveries go by tracked delivery to DN15.
Printed pouches for High Risby brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
