Printed supplement pouches in Hoby
Custom printed pouches for Hoby supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
FAQs for Hoby
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Who checks supplement labels in Leicestershire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Leicestershire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do I need to be based in Hoby to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Hoby deliveries go by tracked courier to LE14.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Hoby?
Hoby is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Hoby brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
