Horkstow questions
Do you only work with Horkstow businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Horkstow orders go out by tracked courier to DN18.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Horkstow?
Horkstow is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Horkstow?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Horkstow is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
