Questions from Horn Hill brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Horn Hill?
Horn Hill is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Horn Hill to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Horn Hill deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SL9.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
