Printed pouches for Inverugie brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Questions from Inverugie brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Inverugie?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Inverugie is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Inverugie address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Who checks supplement labels in Aberdeenshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Aberdeenshire, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Rules in Scotland

Products you sell from Inverugie must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
