Questions from Islip brands
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Islip?
Islip is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Islip, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do I need to be based in Islip to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Islip deliveries go out by tracked delivery to NN14.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.

Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
