No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Kalliness orders go out by tracked courier to ZE2.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Kalliness address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Who checks supplement labels in the Shetland Islands?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for the Shetland Islands, with national oversight from Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Kalliness brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Kalliness
Any food supplement sold from Kalliness must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, overseen by Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
