Questions from Kelmarsh brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Kelmarsh address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Kelmarsh?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Kelmarsh is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do I need to be based in Kelmarsh to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Kelmarsh orders go out by tracked courier to NN6.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Kelmarsh
Products you sell from Kelmarsh must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
