Common questions in Clipston
Who checks supplement labels in Northamptonshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Clipston to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Clipston orders go out by tracked delivery to LE16.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Clipston, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
