Supplement labelling rules for Kildary
Supplements sold from Kildary must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.

Questions from Kildary brands
How long do printed pouches take to reach Kildary?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Kildary is usually two working days after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you only work with Kildary businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Kildary deliveries go out by tracked courier to IV18.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
