Lidsing questions
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Lidsing?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Lidsing is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who enforces food labelling in Medway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Medway, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Lidsing, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
