Questions from Dunn Street brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you only work with Dunn Street businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Dunn Street orders go out by tracked delivery to ME7.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Dunn Street, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Printed pouches for Dunn Street brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Labelling law for supplements from Dunn Street
Any food supplement sold from Dunn Street must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Medway, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
