FAQs for Lillies Green
Do you only work with Lillies Green businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Lillies Green deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SP7.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Dorset?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dorset, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Lillies Green address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
