Questions from Loggerheads brands
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Loggerheads?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Loggerheads is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Loggerheads?
Loggerheads is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Who checks supplement labels in Shropshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Loggerheads
Products you sell from Loggerheads must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
