Common questions in Longhouse
How long do printed pouches take to reach Longhouse?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Longhouse is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Longhouse address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Longhouse businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Longhouse deliveries go out by tracked delivery to BA2.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Bath and North East Somerset?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Bath and North East Somerset, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
