Printed supplement pouches in Lyness
Custom printed pouches for Lyness supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Lyness brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Common questions in Lyness
Do I need to be based in Lyness to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Lyness deliveries go by tracked delivery to KW16.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Lyness?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Lyness is usually two working days after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.

Rules in Scotland
Labelling law for supplements from Lyness
Supplements sold from Lyness must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by Food Standards Scotland. In the Orkney Islands, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
