Marston Trussell questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Marston Trussell address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Who enforces food labelling in Northamptonshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you only work with Marston Trussell businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Marston Trussell orders go out by tracked courier to LE16.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
