The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.

Common questions in Mattersey
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Mattersey address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Mattersey businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Mattersey orders go out by tracked courier to DN10.
