Meadowbank questions
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Meadowbank?
Meadowbank is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do I need to be based in Meadowbank to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Meadowbank deliveries go out by tracked delivery to CW7.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Meadowbank address, showing our materials and finishes.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
