Custom supplement pouches for Merlin's Bridge brands
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Merlin's Bridge with the artwork checked against the rules.
Printed pouches for Merlin's Bridge brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Rules in Wales
Labelling law for supplements from Merlin's Bridge
Products you sell from Merlin's Bridge must meet the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
Welsh-language text is optional on supplement labels. If you add it, both languages must be accurate and the mandatory text must still meet the 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Begin with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Questions from Merlin's Bridge brands
Who enforces food labelling in Pembrokeshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Pembrokeshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you only work with Merlin's Bridge businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Merlin's Bridge deliveries go out by tracked delivery to SA61.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Merlin's Bridge?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Merlin's Bridge is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
