Questions from Merrion brands
Who enforces food labelling in Pembrokeshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Pembrokeshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with Merrion businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Merrion deliveries go by tracked delivery to SA71.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Merrion?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Merrion is usually the next working day after dispatch.
