FAQs for Merston
Do I need to be based in Merston to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Merston orders go out by tracked courier to PO20.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in West Sussex?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for West Sussex, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Merston?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Merston is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Merston brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
