Common questions in Middleton
How long do printed pouches take to reach Middleton?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Middleton is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Middleton?
Middleton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Northamptonshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northamptonshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
