Milston questions
Do I need to be based in Milston to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Milston deliveries go out by tracked courier to SP4.
Who enforces food labelling in Wiltshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Milston address, showing our materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Milston brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
